Posted August 20, 2018. Doing higher level enemies and having good team mates helps a lot. Stay near your team mates, you get XP from their kills as well. Always take the focus boosters (the yellow glowing things) and focus on the weapons that you have a lens on. Sanctuary Onslaught is often a good way to earn focus.
TBH, ESO with Saryn is the easiest capped focus farm, with Eidolons being the easiest uncapped one. With a Eidolon/Lua lens on Saryn, you'll likely reach the cap in one full rotation, or even earlier; just remember to spam the miasma as much as you can in the 1st 20s or so, when you get x16 focus.

Can now fully strip shields with their second ability. Unairu saw some of the largest buffs in Focus 3.0. Poise gives your Operator and Warframe immunity to knockdowns, staggers, and slow effects. You also gain additive armor, a means of countering Transference Static, and Unairu Wisp is far easier to give to allies.

Just equip Loki, Ash, or Ivara with a Focus Lens of your choice, use a dagger with the Covert Lethality mod, and make your way through the level killing enemies from stealth.
