A new 25' hand held torch for that machine lists at $612.85 from Miller. I'm not sure if there are any aftermarket manufacturers for that torch or not. Thermacut does not make one. The Spectrum 1000 is a good plasma cutter. I belive it' rated at 1" with a max cut up to 1-1/2".
